I begged my Mom and Dad to have a pair after I saw them in a magazine. This was around 1998 when they first hit the scene. I remember is was really hard to find a pair back then. When I finally got them, I was actually afraid to wear them to school because no one else was wearing them yet.

I remember in the late 90' chics used to wear them then in 2000 my first year of highschool i remeber the preppy boys in school wearing them it was the gayest trend that did not last very long......these are the same kids that now wear them stupid mo-hawk things & not the rocker kinds....the jersy shore kind

I like Capri's but I always thought you had to be careful what shoes you wore with them. I like them with heels or high heeled boots to dress them up, or something more on the sports side to dress them down. I feel there's kind of an awkward middle on them that can be tricky.
