It's so funny - I can't remember ever seeing anyone other than Ginger Spice wearing that dress, yet it's the FIRST thing that comes to my mind when I think "'90s Fashion."

Ohmy.. I loved my dresses like that. I owned one exactly like that and another one the was white, had a mini flag in the middle of my chest and the sleeves were 3/4 and union jack style.

I can't ever remember seeing this other than on Ginger Spice. But i DO remember a time when it was 'cool' to have Union jack shorts ( especially boys )
