Due to the popularity of the Simpsons and the Butterfinger Candy Bar... Butterfinger Milk was created. Cool idea, but the stuff tasted like chocolate milk and hairspray.

I personally remember this as being delicious as a child.
You guys are nuts. Butterfinger milk was the single greatest achievement by mankind. It was the closest we have come to replicating the nectar of the gods.
Butterfinger milk was the best! I loved it & miss it since its discontinuation. My mother & best friend both thought it was "gross" & thought I was nuts for liking it. I wish it was put back on the market again.:) That would be Butterfingerly divine! :D
Mmmmm...Butterfinger Milk. It was delicious. I sometimes get a craving for it again with no way to sate it. Sad.
I miss Butterfinger Milk. I actually had a friend buy me like 10 of the little cartons before for my birthday present. It was the best and I wish they would bring it back!!
I remember drinking that stuff as a kid! But it tasting like chocolate milk and hairspray? I don't think so :/ I get cravings for that stuff so badly, and wish that they'd make it again :(
I had this once. Found it at a gas station. It was amazing. Never saw it again.
I'd have to agree with Brady! ^ that stuff was awesome!
I only had this once, when I was younger, but the incomparable taste still haunts me to this day.
I loved it and was sad when I couldn't find it anymore in any stores. It didn't taste like hairspray. It tasted just like a butterfinger minus the crunch to me. I too wish that they would bring it back.
wtf is butterfinger milk?? I was born in 1987 and grew up in the 90s, but I've never heard of it! o.o
Yep... I also can confirm that Butterfinger Milk existed... and was dang good, too. I probably drank GALLONS of it over the period it was available. Yum! :-)
OMG I knew i wasnt crazy... i have been telling my friends that this stuff existed for years and NOBODY BELIEVES ME!!! We used to have small cartons of this in my elementary school cafeteria, i also remember banana flavored milk and a reese's peanut butter cup one. i distinctly remember the small paper milk cartons that were butterfinger yellow and blue and reese's orange! does anyone else remember the other flavors?
I saced a carton of it. rinsed it out good and have it setting on a bookcase in my office. others come in and see it and hear the story and are disappointed that it is no longer made
Butterfinger milk was the best thing. It helped me gain weight and learn to drink milk years ago. My daughter has a hard time gaining weight and she loves Butterfinger. This would be perfect if they would bring this back. It would be a big hit. We need to write to someone about bringing it back. I miss it so much.
O---M---G!!!!! for YEARS people thought i was crazy when i'd bring up BFM. *throws back head &evil laughs* it was SO good. i remember it was out around the time Whoop there it is &you down w/ O.P.P came out. thanks for the memories guys. haha!
I will pay $1000 for a fresh carton. They need to bring this back.

I have never tasted them.!?!?!
People look at me crazy when I ask them if they remember butterfinger milk. I'm so glad that I am not the only one who remembers. When I was a child I u se to love drinking this stuff.....wish they would brink it back
Worked at a Mom and Pop type grocery store back in the early 90's. We got a shipment of Butterfinger milk but it was a "giveaway" by the milk distributor. Too bad everyone wanted to try it but I did at least get to drink two cartons. Yummy! Wish they'd bring it back.
BUTTERFINGER MILK WAS THE BOMB.
I want to drink more Butterfinger Milk before I die!
I LOVED BUTTERFINGER MILK!! I'm still talking about it almost 20 years later.......
Bring it back!!!!I miss it and like a lot of other people when I ask or talk about it people think I'm crazy and say they have never heard of it
Someone needs to post a picture of the carton (i cant find one) This stuff was the BEST thing ever. A friend and i would walk the mile to the nearest convenience store that sold it just to get it, every day.. Then one day it was gone. It only lasted 1 summer IIRC.
I thought I was the only one who rembered this stuff. Butterfinger milk was AMAZING! I want it back!
I was 12 when this stuff was made. Every time me and my mother would go to winn dixie I would pick up 2 half gallon containers.Ah, I so miss this stuff.
I found some when on a business trip in Texas. I had never heard of it or seen it before. I was shopping at a store that was near by hotel to get some soft drinks, fruit and treats for my week long stay. I spied the carton in a cooler and was beside myself. I bought three small 16 ounce cartons and put them in my room refrigerator. When I took the first drink I knew is was a winner. I washed one of the containers out and put it in my suitcase to bring home. I never saw another carton. The empty sits in my office at home on a shelf next to a Gorilla Milk, Fizzies, Mello Yello and Screaming Yellow Zonkers. I do miss those treats.
This stuff was the best. I had it once back around 1996, I would guess. I have told people about this stuff and have yet to come accross anybody else who has had it. I'm not sure where teh hairspray reference is coming from. The stuff was awesome!
Only one kid per town enjoyed Butterfinger Milk. I was that one kid in Vassar, MI.
The one time I saw this in the store as a preteen/teen I bought it and loved it and have looked for it in stores ever since, didn't realize they stopped making it until I decided to Google butterfinger milk so I could find where to buy......I'm disappointed that it can't even be ordered online, I'm pregnant and really craving it
Someone should send the link to this page to the people at butterfinger lol, maybe they'll bring it back. It was soooo good.
Oh my gosh! For whatever reason I thought of Butterfinger milk as I worked today, distinctly recalling it's taste which I can't describe because it was uniquely delicious. I really liked it as a kid and remember it all these years later. So much so that I googled it today!
The year was 1996 (or 95?), in a small North Carolina town 20 minutes outside of Charlotte called Cornelius. The gas station that carried this important piece of our history was/ is called Cashions Quick Stop. I first discovered Butterfinger Milk there and like many of you it became a regimine. It was with me through much of high school, I even remember dragging some friends on a 25 mile quest to that store, at 4am and while on LSD, to quench an undeniable thirst only Butterfinger Milk could satisfy. We laugh about it now and then, including just now when I decided to pull Siri out of my pocket and knock some dust off some old corridors of the Internet. In my close circle of old friends I'm the dude who had to have the butterfingery goodness one time, distance was not an issue. It's a piece of history I'll forever cherish. Should they bring it back? Absolutely. And it should be marketed and consumed such as the classic "throwback" bottled Coke and Mello Yello drinks are. I'm sure I speak for everyone on this page, even the hairspray commenter. BRILLIANT!
I bought mine while I was on a business trip. I was on the way from the airport to the meeting site in Texas. I loved it. I could not wait to get back to Portland, Oregon to buy this wonderful treat. I could not find it anywhere. I have looked on line and I have never seen a photo of the carton. Mine was one pint and it sits on a file cabinet next to my desk. I am like many others. If they reintroduce it we will come in droves---dream
That stuff was the best. I wish they still made it.
That sounds amazing. Is this website also from the 90s?
I grew up in Chicago and the convenience store across the street from my high school carried Butterfinger chocolate milk, by the pint. I would get it w some donuts or whatever for my breakfast a couple times a week. This was probably 94,95,96 time frame. I loved it. Delicious. What's bizarre is there is almost no mention of it on the internet. No pics. Nothing. I loved it. I love butterfinger and I would love for it to be brought back!!!
Total Mandela Effect!!! It was the best, but it never existed!
I loved it! Can't seem to find a pic :(
I loved it also. It seemed like it lasted a summer and that's it.
I grew up in Toledo Oh and our family cottage was an hour away in Michigan. A convenience store halfway to the cottage was the only place I remember selling it. Once a year for like 3 year period I was able to partake..... it was as if you you take the core of a Butterfinger Bar and liquify it....how can there possibly not be a market for that?
You haven't lived until you've had Butterfinger Milk! I was just telling my son how super awesome this was. I would go and drink at least one everyday. 2 if possible.
Just thinking about Butterfinger Milk, so I'm signing the guestbook 14 years after the first comment.
Was just sharing this precious memory from the 90s with the new generation of kids at work. They wouldn't have believed it ever had existed without this page as proof. Loved it, sort of. But the chunks, yuck!
Butterfinger Milk was so awesome!! We loved it and would buy it if they brought it back!!
