Extreme nachos were available at Taco Bell in the early 90's. The nacho chips were red and spicy and they put guacamole on your nachos.

The following are comments left about Extreme Nachos from site visitors such as yourself. They are not spell checked or reviewed for accuracy. I loved Extreme Nachos! I can't believe that Taco Bell never brought them back. They were so good and everyone I knew liked them.
Damn I thought I was the only one who remembered this thing. I remember I was always in love with it, but now all I remember is the name. Now that taco bell is bringing back the volcano taco and volcano burrito, they should bring this back too.
I've been trying to figure out what those were called for like 10 years! I'm so glad other people thought they were amazing too!!
I didn't think I would like anything without meat but it was their best dish. It had olives, tomatoes, beans, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, onions, peppers, red chips and "Wild sauce". I couldn't get enough of it.
I recall liking these. I also vaguely remember the commercial for them. So guy with a Jamaican accent, "Echs-TREEEMM Nah-chos!"
Oh, hey! A link to the commercial. I wasn't too far off. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ljm8vwi0u_c
I tried this and it literally burnt my mouth I had to keep drinking water till it went away and that took so quite time
