I can't seem to find any info on these on the internet, but i remember getting them quite ofter when i was in k & 1st grade in 96-98 for lunch and afternoon snacks, these were pizzas that came in peperoni and plain cheese already cooked, they could be eaten as they were or reheated, they were about the size of a personal pizza and were vacume sealed in tough plastic with the Jimmy Dean logo on them, they were sold individualy, and i remember the commercial saying something to the effect of "Why wait" with a boy getting sent to detention hall and him getting out his pizza out of his lunch box and exclaiming "Why wait?"

The following are comments left about Jimmy Dean Pizzas from site visitors such as yourself. They are not spell checked or reviewed for accuracy. I remember these!I LOVED them and was so upset when they stopped making them. I can never find anything online about them either.
Wow. Glad i wasn't going crazy; These were the best! I remember pepperoni, but i think there was also a sausage variety and maybe even a plain cheese variety. I hope someday we can find some trace of its existence!
My son loves them But not me I have to buy him 7 of these each week. one per day even if their not on sale
I was crushed when they quit making these Jimmy Dean lunch pizzas. I originally bought them for my kids but fell in love with them myself. I can't imagine why Lunchables remained in stores and these great little pizzas didn't. What I wouldn't give for one again!
This was Jimmy Dean's short-lived attempi to market beyond the breakfast food genre. By the late 1990s, Dean's own company no longer wanted him appearing in TV commercials, on the basis that age rendered him non-photogenic (he was born in 1929), and that a younger customer base was desired.
