These are heart stoppers but they're just so awesome! I loved ordering mine with only ketchup and when it's hot and fresh it's like biting into fast food heaven! Now they only have double cheeseburgers and maybe with bacon.
Dang I remember those! I was like 10 years old when I ate one.. I can't believe my parents allowed it.. Though I think I remember BEGGING to have one. I blame Disney propoganda to kids
you can still buy these.....but there not as easy to come by..... 1.order a double and ask if they can put a 3rd patty on it,it most likely wont happen cause the most patties is 2 2.go to a Wal-mart Mcdonalds, they have it as a menu item at Wal-mart Mcdonalds, not kiddin either
ioved them but they made me bacome fat but i cant find them any more `crys`
I was in 10th grade, a girl who weighed about 110 pounds tops and could easily put away three of these at that 99 cent price. I have no idea where I put all that stuff then!
A frequenter of Mall of America in its early years, I noticed changes. In 1997, McDonald's opened a stand in the south food court. Triple cheeseburgers were part of the extended Dollar Menu, along with the Big N Tasty. In that store space, McDonald's replaced Hulk Hogan's Pasta Mania, which its high prices turned off customers, in business less than two years. The original store there was Daddy's Deli and Daddy's Check Cash, McDonald's closed the MOA stand around 2017. At least Johnny Rockets is still around. Chuck should dedicate a portion of this site to Mall of America memories.
