I did go there in the late 90's but only to buy gifts (I was in my 40's, so nothing really for me there). For Christmas I always bought my teen nephew Ambercrombie stuff. That's all he wore between the ages of 16 and 21, plus he always wore a backwards visor. Abercrombie appeared to be all preppy stuff, but he was a preppy kid (not saying preppy is always bad/snobby, he was a nice kid). At least he always liked his gifts and I knew what to buy.
