The year was 1996 (or 95?), in a small North Carolina town 20 minutes outside of Charlotte called Cornelius. The gas station that carried this important piece of our history was/ is called Cashions Quick Stop. I first discovered Butterfinger Milk there and like many of you it became a regimine. It was with me through much of high school, I even remember dragging some friends on a 25 mile quest to that store, at 4am and while on LSD, to quench an undeniable thirst only Butterfinger Milk could satisfy. We laugh about it now and then, including just now when I decided to pull Siri out of my pocket and knock some dust off some old corridors of the Internet. In my close circle of old friends I'm the dude who had to have the butterfingery goodness one time, distance was not an issue. It's a piece of history I'll forever cherish. Should they bring it back? Absolutely. And it should be marketed and consumed such as the classic "throwback" bottled Coke and Mello Yello drinks are. I'm sure I speak for everyone on this page, even the hairspray commenter. BRILLIANT!
