Too often I buy other boxes of oat flakes only to be disappointed. Well, about 5 minutes ago I tasted what I could have sworn was FOF! It's the 365 brand (Whole Foods) of Oat Flakes and they're AWESOME! Lots of fiber (6 grams, I think) and 9 grams of sugar per cup, but they're worth it.
