The bowl had a good sized tablespoon of sugar in it. I let the cereal soak for a minute then I would spoon out and eat most of the milk. By the time the milk was near gone the cereal was totally soaked. The cereal was then ready for devouring, which I did for many years. I still eat Life cereal that very same way.
