For a little kid growing up in the 60's, early 70's, there was an abundance of sugary unhealthy cereals that tempted kids on the TV like Sugar Frosted flakes, Sugar Smacks, Pops, a million others.... BUT my favorite was FOF. I would easily eat 2 bowls at a time, almost every day. I'm sure there was an addictive element in them!
