Bracelets, "jelly" or not, never have and probably never will stand for a sex act. That's just a silly (more like stupid) rumor. I'm surprised that snopes has it as "undeterminded" when I'm sure it's 100% false. No truth to it at all. That stuff has nothing to do with the half-heart things anyway! Anyway I remember seeing these a lot, but don't remember if I ever had any or not.
