Oh my goodness, When I was real little these were popular, but my mom wouldn't let me have them...she was baby-sitting this girl a bit older than me when the girl got out of the bath. My mom saw that her feet were still dirty so she sent her back..when she came back her feet still looked dirty so my om started scrubbing her feet, then she figured out that her feet had tanned through the jellies and looked like dirt flecks!
