It's called "Anime" not "Japanimation" Only idiots call it that. You don't want to be thought of as an idiot, do you? Then stop calling it Japanimation. And just because it may or may not be a fetish thing (anywhere, especially in Japan) doesn't mean that it started a fad in America because of anime or anything.
