I had 4 of them. The only one that I can really remember was one dressed in a red and white Valentine's type outfit.

There are a few online forums for those who are still interested in BF dolls. You can also still find many of them for sale on eBay. I had all of the more common ones and some of the rarer ones, even Sally, but when moving I sold most of them except for So Shy Sheila and So Happy Mia, both of which were produced in the second year. I can also confirm what the person says about about Toys-R-Us. Mel, the creator, confirmed it in a letter sent to Prillycharmin's Baby Face forum, and said that when Toys-R-Us were selling the dolls way below what the other stores were selling them for it caused all of the other stores to stop selling them, and eventually ended the sale and production of BF dolls.

I loved my doll!! I had so shy sherry. Her clothes were awesome. Although I eventually cut all her hair off and turned her into a boy doll. go figure. But a great toy nonetheless. I have such happy memories of her:)

I am trying to find #6 So Sorry Robyn. I had this doll in the original strawberry outfit as a little girl and it was my most prized possession. When I was at the impressionable age of 12 I started high school early and was influenced by others that I shouldn't have dolls in high school. I gave my doll away to my best friends little sister. To my dismay she, having no attachment, gave it to a thrift shop within a month of receiving it. When I realized I gave away the most important thing in my life, I tried to find it at the shop, but the doll was already sold and gone. I'm now 24 and have a 12 week old beautiful baby girl. I would love to find this doll for my daughter. I wish I could give her my original doll, however since I cannot, I hope to find another. The doll was #6 So Sorry Robyn with the Strawberry dress. I have just begun my search and was unaware of the rarity of BF dolls let alone the discontinuation years ago. So I know this will be like finding a needle in a haystack. If you know where I can find this doll, or have any ideas of how I might search please let me know! Thank YOU! Carice ~ New Mommy~ :) carice@gmail.com
