I had the puppy, my sister had the kitty. Guess which one I preferred? And btw, has anyone EVER gotten five puppies in one litter?

I got 5 kittens when I was little. My dad took me to the store, and he, always looking to get the best, reached in the boxes and felt all of the cat's stomachs to see which one felt like it was the fullest... My neighbor/best friend was MAD because she only got 4...

My younger cousin had Puppy Surprise and she had 5 puppies. I remember the puppy sitting on her bed for years.

I can't believe I discovered this.. I had a puppy surprise when i was 9. I'm now 24. She was a cream dog with white ears/fur. I got her for christmas. She had 5 puppies inside! Cream ones, white ones, and one white/black. I loved it as a child! I still have her in a rubber bin with my other toys from childhood. But i did loose a puppy or two over the years i think. They don't make toys like that anymore!

I had (have, still to this day) the Kitty Surprise. She is Pink with some purple. She has 3 kittens. Two girls and a boy (Pink and Blue ribbons on thier necks) two are awake and one is asleep. My daughter who is 4yrs. old loves her. I am so lucky she is in such good condition.

I have a bunch of these. My first one was pink dog that I got from my aunt for my birthday. It only had one girl puppy with pink ears but it was enough to start an obsession. Later I received a purple dog that had 4 puppies, a pink cat that had 4 kittens and a horse that had 4 foals. Later I found a bunny one at a garage sale that I bought. I never had a bear one but my cousin had a black and white dog that had 5 babies...I was so jealous because she had the teeny tiny runt one that was supposed to be hard to find. She also got a purple cat that had babies that could "sleep" or be awake if you put cold or warm water on their eyes. I also had a bunch of extra babies that you could buy separately. They always came with a sleeping bag that hid if they were a boy or a girl and came with a box that had an outfit in it. There were water ones two that came with a towel...the girls wore swimsuits and their arms twirled so they would swim and the boys shot water. There were also medium sized cats and dogs that came in a carrier box so you couldn't tell what they were and I got a pink cat that had a toy fish that moved so it looked like the cat bit it.

I am looking to buy a kitty surprise, my daughter lost it, and is so sad...Do you know anyone who might want to sell it? I am in Canada. Thank you!

I still have these. They're in bad shape tho. I have a pink pony, a white cat and I had a lavender dog. I loved these things! I was always really excited about how many babies they would have...so I would cheat. I got them at this one store where my grandma knew the owner and kept them out of the packages so I looked to see how many babies they had before we bought them. :)

I got my Puppy Surprise in Christmas of 1992. My sister and I named the mommy dog Princess. I was hoping that Princess would have five puppies...and she did! I was very lucky! Then my sister got the Kitty Surprise for her 10th birthday, where it had three kitties.
