  You have to have a song on here to symbolize the Latin craze in the late 90's. I'm still "La Vida Loca"'d out, and I think this is a better song anyway.
• 6. One Sweet Day by Boyz II Men & Mariah Carey
  Two of the biggest and best artists of the 90's get together to produce this mid-90's classic, which set Billboard records galore.
• 5. Ironic by Alanis Morrisette
  Alanis will always synonymous with the 90's, no matter how much success she has in the future. This is her 'staple' song. "And isn't it ironic?"
• 4. Waterfalls by TLC
  You know you knew every word to this song. You know you had CrazySexyCool or this song taped.. don't even lie. "I seen a rainbow yesterday..."
• 3. Friends In Low Places by Garth Brooks
  People tend to forget about Mr. Brooks, only one of the best-selling artists of all time. This was his biggest hit to date, and everybody knows this song by heart.
• 2. Nothin But A G Thang by Dr. Dre & Snoop
  These two artists are the real founders of hiphop, a genre that has taken off in the 90's. Great song. "It's like this and like that..."

  Like them or not, this band with this song changed the face of music and paved the way for so many musical developments in the 90's.

What a decade... in my opinion, you have to be at least 18 to have a good grasp of 90's culture. I'll always look back on this decade and smile. Good times.

  Ok, pop-ish yes, but it's a beautiful song.

  Beautiful Message. So sometimes she sounds like a dolphin with her voice fluctuations....who cares?! She's genuine! And i think her voice in one of the best out there.
• 7. Confide In me by Kylie Minogue
  This song didn't break into the states. But i recommend anyone to download it. Sure, she's manufactured, but don't blame the song! ;) So friggen good!
• 6. Caught Out There by Kelis
  aka "i hate you so much right now!", this song rocks. (close behind is 'get along with you'). Her voice can be creamy and smooth and next second powerful and LOUD. Awesome!
• 5. Rock the Boat by Aaliyah
  Smooth. Funky. Her voice weaves throught the melody effortlessly. So talented, and so tragic to have lost her. (not 90's i know, but... shmeh, she deserves it!)
• 4. It's Oh So Quiet by Bjork
  Superb Vocals, great brass insruments too! Even if you don't like her, this one is a gem.
• 3. Freedom by George Michael
  Pretty darn nifty song. haha
• 2. The Ex-Factor by Lauryn Hill
  She has done some amazing stuff. This one possibly the best, wonderful how it mirrors the back-and-forth of break ups through the song. And her voice!
• 1. Waterfalls by TLC
  A timeless ballad. Great message. The best!
