• 10. Porcelain by Moby
  one of the best songs ever written, a soothing melodic instrumental.
• 9. No Rain by Blind Melon
  Great song, incorporates the beautiful acoustic rhythm, clean electric lead, a truly epic song
• 8. All Apologies by Nirvana
  How can you not feel like bursting into tears during the "all in all . . " part
• 7. Karma Police by Radiohead
  Acoustic/Piano song, bittersweet ballad, by an exetremely underrated band
• 6. Eulogy by Tool
  Tool's best, but their other stuff is definately not far behind, great stuff.
• 5. Hurt by Nine Inch Nails
  possibly the bands best song, it's really hard to say since they have so many greats.
• 4. Under the Bridge by Red Hot Chili Peppers
  Whenever jamming on an acoustic with a bunch of friends nothing gets everyone singing like Under the Bridge, the EPIC song of hte 90s.
• 3. Yellow Ledbetter by Pearl Jam
  Great blues/rock, can't understand the words, great solo.
• 2. Santeria by Sublime
  Reggae/rock at it's best, grand solo, bassline, why'd he have to die when their was soo much left he could've given us.
• 1. Heart-Shaped Box by Nirvana
  this song can reduce you to tears, it's just plain beautiful.

  Would be the greatest song in any decade Kurt Cobain wasn't in.
• 1. Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana
  This all but a given. Every so called "rock" band can thank Mr. Cobain because without hime the alternative wouldn't have become the mainstream.

  OMG. This is such a good song their 2nd best song. "Despite all my rage am I still just a rat in a cage."

  "When i come around" this song is the bomb. I remember when it came out. This song rocks.
• 5. Hitchin' A Ride by Green Day
  This is another great song from Green Day. " Hey mister where you headed, are you in a hurry? I need a lift to happy hour say oh no."
• 4. 1979 by Smashing Pumpkins
  This song is also a great song. Rock classic. This song should be around forever. "Shake down 1979"
• 3. Longview by Green Day
  This song is tight too. I mean its Green Day. One of my fav bands. "Bite my lip and close my eyes, take me away to paradise"
• 2. Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana
  This song ROCKS!. Heck YEA. THis song is SO good i'm speechless.
• 1. Brain Stew by Green Day
  This is the BEST song in the whole world. This is my fav song EVER. YEA, WOOHO, YEA. This song rocks. YEA!

This is the best list ever. All these bands scream 90's rock. I love rock as you can tell. Green Day rocks! Smashing pumpkins rock! Nirvana is endless. I love all these songs with a passion. If these songs were gone I would die. If I were stranded on an island I would have these sonmgs with me. YEA! YEA! YEA!
