Well, after grunge slowly started losing momentum after pearl jam had stopped making good albums (their only good ones were ten and vs.) and the death of kurt cobain had broken up the best band of the 90's, nirvana, the smashing pumpkins came along and revived the trend. this is a great song and a great example of how billy corgan's vocal cords work. at one point he whispers, and at another point he screams. great song to inspire you.
