perry ferral's voice sounds cool in this song and it has a nice acoustic sound.
    • 9. Touch Me, I'm Sick by Mudhoney
Most people don't know this song or even this band, but if it weren't for the 2 montesano, washington bands, mudhoney and the melvins, there would be no grunge or nirvana....one of the best punk/grunge songs ever.
    • 8. In Bloom by Nirvana
My favorite Nirvana song....Kurt Cobain's voice will be forever echoing in the heads of anyone who has heard his voice.
    • 7. Everlong by Foo Fighters

The ultimate high school party song(hence:the movie "can't hardly wait")by the ultimate high school party bands(hence:the movies "american pie I and II").great song that says I don't want to grow up.
    • 3. H. by TooL
The best band around these days.Mix metal, punk, grunge, and the most mind riveting lyrics ever and you get tool. This could have easily been prison sex, eulogy, aenima, stinkfist, sober, or hush, but I chose H.
    • 2. Black Hole Sun by Soundgarden
A great chapter in the "Grunge Movement".Cris Cornell's lyrics challenge those of Kurt Cobain.
    • 1. Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana
This is the obvious choice for #1; when making top 10 lists you try to be original and suprising, but you can't avoid this classic from the WA trio.

I might have put the list backwards, but just for the record:nirvana's smells like teen spirit is Number 1.
