    By: MiKe
    • 10. Under the Bridge/Mr. Jones by Red Hot Chilli Peppers/Counting Crows
"I don't ever wanna feel, like I did that day, take me to the place I love, take me ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" And of course, Mr. Jones
    • 9. Losing my Religion/Wonderwall by REM/Oasis
I'm not going to comment on this, just search above for some profound comments on this songs, I'm sure there are some.
    • 8. Every Thing About You/Zombie by Ugly Kid Joe/Cranberries
"Are you the guys on the beach who hate everything?" Ring any bell?? The beach video, the great guitar sounds?? NEVERMIND!!! Now, Zombie should be on everyones list, you know?? Great song, great lyrics, great everything!!
    • 7. Two Princess/I'll Stick Around by Spin Doctors/Foo Fighters
I just can't believe that you people put Bull Shit Boys (BSB, you should get it) instead of this... Just think what you are doin, please??
    • 6. Nothing Else Matters/November Rain by Metallica/Guns N' Roses
It's very hard to choose from the Black album, i chose this one because of it's personal significance... This is the first song I ever played in my guitar, it was like heaven when I finished. November Rain is one of the most profound songs with the best video I've ever seen, do you remember the rose??
    • 5. Come Out And Play/Basket Case by Offspring/Green Day
This song represent everything i felt and im sure most of you did felt the same with Green Day.
    • 4. Black Hole Sun/Loser by Soundgarden/Beck
Doesn't this song gives you the chills?? Basically it is the way that Chris sings with such a depressive sound, even though he's asking for everything to be swept by the sun, "Black Hole Sun, won't you come, and wash away the rain" And about loser, just remember, if you really lived the 90's, what Beck meant to all of us.
    • 3. No Rain/Interstate Love Song by Blind Melon/Stone Temple Pilots
Shouldn't this song just keep going and going for at least 10 minutes?? I mean, the worst part of the song is when it kinda fades... And I couldn't find room for STP, so I think that it should be #3 or #4 tops, but there is too much to choose from.
    • 2. Jeremy by Pearl Jam
Grunge was the movement of the 90's, this is the best music that we had in the decade. Do you remember the song's story?? JEREMY THE KING??
    • 1. Lithium by Nirvana
I was about to type Smells Like Teen Spirit which is the one that should've been in number one, but so many people put it there and besides, any musician that was touched by grunge will agree with me that this is a real anthem. "Im so happy, coz today I found my friends, they're in my head".

Ok, I just don't understand... Is this the TOP 10 of POP music (which by the way sucks big time for 1 sole reason: There is more in life that "Tearing up my heart when Im with you"). Get it through your heads, this is the TOP songs from the 90's, not from 1998-1999 which sucked! I would like you all to listen Song 2 by Blur, ROOF W/ A HOLE by Meat Puppets, Always by Bon Jovi, Creep by Radiohead, Come Undone by Duran Duran, What's Up by 4 NON BLONDES, Iris by Goo Goo Dolls, and one song that I remember every day from High School, Gangsta's Paradise by Coolio. Please, take the time to listen to this songs, and forgive me for listing so many songs, but it is very very difficult.
